Reusable Fixture Components
Do more than your standard work station, flow racks and carts.
In our work we often come across situations where a product is used in one corner of the world that has not got traction in another. A great example is a product called Flex Craft — extremely economical but functional components for building structures, a grown-up erector set that frees you to build whatever you can imagine. It is centered around punched square tubing with a million and one accessories that let you connect and create a variety of mechanical options.
For the trade show world this opens up a whole new area for things that are extremely easy to assemble and disassemble. One of the key factors in the industrial environment is being able to make things that can be adjusted, or simply taken apart, collapsed and stored between production cycles.
This is not a product that replaces elegant extruded materials like T-slot, but it has an industrial look that may be appropriate for your application and goes far beyond those other materials. We would love the chance to bring in a sample set — it may be a structural element the customer never sees, and a much quicker and less expensive way to achieve your structural goals.
